9 Days | Uganda Gorillas & Serengeti Safari

Day 1 – Entebbe Arrival
Touch down in Uganda. Your driver is waiting, ready to whisk you to a quiet lodge near Lake Victoria. Rest, reset, and let the anticipation build.

Day 2 – Into the Misty Highlands
A short flight carries you over rolling hills to the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. From your rainforest lodge, gaze out over a sea of green that hides one of the planet’s rarest treasures; the mountain gorillas.

Day 3 – First Gorilla Trek
Morning mist, the crunch of boots on wet earth, and guides cutting a path through tangled jungle. Suddenly, you’re there: silverbacks, mothers, and wide-eyed juveniles, so close you can hear them breathe. One unforgettable hour etched into memory forever.

Day 4 – Second Gorilla Trek
Another dawn, another trek, another family. Each encounter is different, from playful youngsters swinging through branches, perhaps a giant silverback asserting his calm dominance. Two treks mean two chances to witness the extraordinary.

Day 5 – Bwindi to the Serengeti
Fly back to Entebbe, then onward into Tanzania. By afternoon you’re in the Serengeti, game driving straight from the airstrip. Lions on the prowl, elephants in the distance, giraffes striding against the horizon — your first taste of safari grandeur.

Day 6 – Serengeti Immersion
Wake before sunrise. Chase the drama of the plains: predators stalking, hyenas laughing, wildebeest on the move. Return to your tented suite as the sky blushes with sunset.

Day 7 – The Big Cats’ Domain
Another day, another rhythm. Perhaps a leopard draped across a tree limb, perhaps cheetahs chasing gazelle. The Serengeti never repeats itself and your private guide knows where the action is.

Day 8 – Golden Farewell
Your last full day in the Serengeti. Take in the sheer scale of the savannah, enjoy sundowners around the campfire, and let the sounds of the bush sing you to sleep one final time.

Day 9 – Serengeti to Arusha → Departure
A morning flight whisks you to Arusha. Time for a relaxed lunch or local shopping before your connection home.
